Marino Continues Expansion of Nonprofit Division with Addition of Global Kids
The firm has been selected to utilize its expertise with leading nonprofit brands to promote Global Kids’ transformative work with youth. Marino will lead a media relations and creative campaign aimed at driving awareness of the nonprofit organization in the regional and national landscape.

Global Kids educates, activates, and inspires youth from underserved communities in New York City and Washington, D.C. to act on critical global issues facing the world, and develops young leaders through dynamic global education and leadership programs. Working primarily with middle school and high school students in underserved communities, the organization offers a variety of school day and afterschool programs at school sites and at its NYC headquarters, as well as enriching summer learning programs.
Global Kids has reached more than 200,000 students and educators since inception, receiving national recognition for exemplary practices in international education, digital media programming, experiential learning, and youth development. Global Kids youth leaders consistently graduate high school at rates exceeding 97% each year, as compared to the average graduation rates of 76% in New York City and 68% in Washington, D.C. public schools.
