Marino Promotes Elizabeth Latino to Chief Operating Officer

A leader for more than 15 years at the agency, Latino will now help oversee agency-wide operations and guide the firm’s continued growth across Real Estate, Corporate & Professional Services, Consumer, Social Impact and Emerging Industries.
In her new role, Latino will lead operational performance, elevate client experience standards and strengthen integration across the agency’s Strategy, Creative, Intelligence, Growth and Client Services teams. Her appointment reinforces Marino’s commitment to delivering fully integrated, insight-driven communications programs that help clients build reputation, drive measurable growth and navigate increasingly complex markets.

Latino has grown with the agency since she began in 2009, establishing herself as a trusted advisor to a diverse portfolio of brands and institutions by securing top-tier media placements, guiding complex campaigns, mentoring teams, and strengthening partnerships. She currently leads Marino’s Real Estate practice, representing PropTech companies, residential and commercial property owners, brokerages, service providers and creative campuses. Over the course of her tenure, she has also served clients in lifestyle and consumer brands, as well as nonprofit, education, corporate and technology sectors, including VTS, Industry City, Cushman & Wakefield, TF Cornerstone, New York University, Walmart and Chelsea Market.
