 The agency has been retained by AMPI, a vertically integrated commercial real estate firm founded in 2013 that is a privately owned subsidiary of Alvarez & Marsal Inc. AMPI features a portfolio of more than 1.5 million square feet of Class-A mixed-use, office and retail properties across the United States, with access to in-house teams of service providers in project management, design and leasing.
