Andrew Zimmer Joins Marino as Director of Digital Strategy
NEW YORK– January 28, 2019 – Marino – a New York City-based strategic communications firm – today announced that Andrew Zimmer has joined the agency as Director of Digital Strategy.
Zimmer brings to Marino more than a decade of experience in media and marketing, with an extensive background in social media and digital strategies. Most recently, he served as Director of Content and Social Strategy at Blue Man Group, where he led the creation of their digital content and helped grow the group’s social media audiences. Zimmer’s previous roles include serving as Editorial Director at Thrillist and as the Deputy Editor at Time Out New York, where he managed the creation of digital content by vertical editors and managed the USA social media team.

In his new role, Zimmer will help develop and drive the digital strategies for Marino’s clients, including spearheading paid social and digital advertising efforts, while also taking a deeper dive into content performance, distribution and analytics at the agency.
Zimmer earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Williams College.
